Philippe Bernard
Co-President and Founder
Philippe brings to PUR Immobilia a vision of real estate development deeply rooted in design, quality of life, and attention to detail. Since co-founding the company in 2010, he has shaped projects that are distinctive, coherent, and built with genuine care.
His background is as varied as his perspective. From building high-end residences in the Eastern Townships to serving as a senior partner at Mayton Construction, a firm specializing in residential and institutional projects, Philippe developed an approach where aesthetics, functionality, and quality of execution go hand in hand. He also co-founded Mayton-DM, formed through the merger of Mayton and DevMcGill. At PUR, he oversees the identity and overall quality of every project.
Yann Lapointe
Co-President
With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Yann brings to PUR Immobilia a deep understanding of market dynamics, operations, and investment strategy. His career includes senior leadership roles at CAPREIT, one of Canada’s largest real estate investment trusts, where he contributed to large-scale portfolio management, acquisitions, and major project delivery.
Widely respected for his judgment and his relationships across the industry, Yann has also been an active voice in the real estate community, participating in numerous forums as a speaker, moderator, and panelist. He previously served as Chair of the Board of the Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers du Québec. At PUR, he is the primary point of contact for investors and business partners.
